Personally, I think a 60 ft. Statue right off 35 is probably the sweetest dumb idea I've ever heard. If they need somewhere to stash it in the meantime, I think I have some extra garage space.
There's a fantasticly bad statue of a Confederate soldier by the interstate between Franklin and Nashville. Maybe Waco is drawing inspiration from that? Cotton palace...
